Vince DeCrow is the Founder and Wealth Advisor of RISE Investments. He has over 10 years of experience helping individual and families make informed decisions about investing, tax-optimization, retirement, financial planning, and wealth preservation.
Vince founded RISE in 2019 to provide clients with a more comprehensive approach to wealth management; one that integrates investment management with financial planning, tax planning, and estate planning rather than treating each area of a client's financial life in silos. His approach is centered on understanding a client's complete financial picture, identifying the decisions that have the greatest potential impact on long-term wealth, and implementing strategies designed around the client's goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, and tax circumstances.
Vince is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner and works with a range of clients, with particular expertise serving high-net-worth families, working professionals, and individuals approaching or transitioning into retirement. He frequently helps clients navigate complex financial decisions involving employee stock compensation, concentrated investment positions, retirement income, portfolio diversification, tax-efficient investing, business-owner wealth, and the transfer of wealth between generations.
Vince’s investment and financial planning perspectives have been featured in national and financial media, including CNBC, Barron's, MarketWatch, Forbes, Bloomberg Law, U.S. News, and Crain's Chicago Business.
Vince earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kent State University and his Master of Science degree in Corporate Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University. Vince is a volunteer at The Shared Table, serving hot meals to homeless Chicagoans through the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago.
